Class XI Orientation Programme

Orientation Programme and Parents Teachers Meeting for Class XI will be held on 18th April 2024 at 10:00 am.

Stationary and text book will be distributed at the end of the meeting.

Approx. amount for Books and Stationery (Session 2024 – 25)

Venue: Sarala Ray Memorial Community Hall.

The parents of the selected candidates are required to complete the two step admission formalities:

1^st Step – Online payment of Rs.65000/- (Approx.) have to be made (Non-Refundable) between 21.12.2023 and 23.12.2023 by using the unique student code by clicking the link shared.

2^nd Step – Below mentioned documents to be attached with Application Form (Hard Copy)  at the time of submission on 03.01.2024 & 04.01.2024 between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m.:-

Gokhalities

• Attested copy of mark sheet of class IX’s Final Examination & Class X’s Half Yearly Examination.
• Present Passport size photograph.
• Payment Slip of Admission Fee.

Non-Gokhalities

• Attested copy of mark sheet of class IX’s Final Examination & Class X’s Half Yearly Examination.
• Present Passport size photograph.
• Payment Slip of Admission Fee.
• Declaration regarding Basic Mathematics or Standard Mathematics in class-X (Students coming from CBSE Board).

Humanities & Commerce (Students opting for combination other than Physics and Chemistry) Admission to continue.

ADMISSION DETAILS

Online Admission forms for Class XI  Session 2024-25 will be available at www.admissiontree.in from 15.11.2023 for Internal and External candidates.

General Instructions:

Documents to be attached with the form

• Photocopy of Mark sheet of Annual Examination of Class IX and Half Yearly Examination of Class X.
• Current passport size photograph.

External Candidates (opting for Physics and Chemistry)

Admission Test for External candidates to be conducted on a combined question paper of Science and Mathematics comprising of only MCQ based on the Syllabus of Class X

Students to carry with them:

1. Challan of form submitted
2. Original Mark sheet of Annual Examination of Class IX and Half Yearly Examination of Class X.

Students should come in their respective School uniform and carry their School Id card with them.

 Students opting for combination other than Physics and Chemistry

Spot Admission for Humanities and Commerce to continue till 20th December, 2023

Time – 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM

First List of selected candidates will be published on 8.12.2023.

Downloading and Submission of forms to continue thereafter.

Second List will be published on 19^th December 2023 (Subjected to vacancy).

SUBJECT COMBINATIONS

Group I– Compulsory subjects

English (1^st Language)

Bengali/ Hindi (2^nd Language)

Students opting for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as a combination may not opt for Second Language.

Any one from the each of the following groups

Group II – Political Science/Accountancy/ Chemistry/ History

Group III – Geography/ Business Studies/ Physics/ Home Science/ Legal Studies

Group IV – Mathematics / Psychology / Music/ Entrepreneurship/ Informative Practices/ Painting

Group V–  Economics /Sociology / Biology/ Computer Science

Computer Science and IP cannot be taken as combination subjects.

Note – Hard copy of the Admission Form and the attachments to be submitted physically in the school premises (in the drop box) or by post in a sealed envelope mentioning “Application for Admission in Class XI, Session 2024-2025”

A candidate can apply in more than one combination.
